recently, i decided to be a little more conscious about my health so i’ve been watching closely what both hubby and i are putting on our plates. we’ve cut down on our carb intakes and avoided snacks and sugar like the plague. it was a bit difficult getting around to it in the beginning but ammar’s a great sport and once he’s gotten used to the idea…he was the one reminding me about what i’m not supposed to eat instead.
of course, lunch dates would consist of us skimming through the menu and finding the most healthy plate there is. which can be really really frustrating at times because of the multitude of choices.
but ammar, being the calm one, has no problem whatsoever.

haha. i’ll try harder next time. though i can’t make promises since eidul adha is just around the corner. :D
